Mazda Sweden and AutoUncle have been collaborating on generating trade-in leads on new cars on the mazda.se-website since July 2020.
In general it is a nice experience working with AutoUncle, you help us to drive our business forward especially regarding online leads. What works well in terms of our collaboration is the structured way we have monthly follow-up meetings where we track results, get presented with interesting figures, find opportunities, get insights and see future improvements.
What was the key, for us initially, was to get the dealers onboard. If the dealers are not committed the project is hard to make successful. What Mazda has gained from going into this partnership is a push into lead management and online leads and we have seen more leads generated on our website and these leads have been distributed automatically to our dealers, which has facilitated the process a lot. As long as Mazda, as a brand, and the dealers benefit from the partnership with AutoUncle, we don’t see any reason to change anything regarding our cooperation.
On a personal level, I personally have gained a lot from working with a strong partner in online sales and the forward thinking way in terms of also including used cars for our end customers. Apart from more leads AutoUncle has also provided us with marketing insights and come up with suggestions for how we could optimise.
What makes AutoUncle different from other providers in the industry is that you are easy to work with. We will keep on the cooperation with AutoUncle and develop together for the future as long as Mazda and our dealers benefit from the partnership.
